Expertise

Jette Hassing Ronøe has practised law in Denmark for over 20 years, and during that time she has dealt with all types of labour and employment law matters. From the details of employment contracts, individual and collective dismissals, holiday, discrimination, restrictive covenants, compensation packages to GDPR.
From her many years as a partner of major law firms in Denmark, she has gained significant insight into both national and international companies within a wide variety of sectors and built up an extensive network and many relations abroad. Offering straight-forward and pragmatic advice, Jette has advised top managers on their employment contracts and other employment-related issues.
With a university degree in French it has been only natural for Jette to advise French-speaking clients in their mother tongue, and her proficiency in French has also made her an invaluable asset to Danes buying or selling property in France.
Jette Hassing Ronøe has co-authored of a variety of Danish and international articles and books on employment law, and she has also given lectures on employment law for many years.
